My complaint:
1. Front desk lady and night guy talk about personal lives where it effects there work. Work issues, homeless/drug use/sober for 1 year , family issues they actually talk to the customer about these things
2. Front desk lady was talking about another guest personal life and information to another guest. It was dementia woman benefits from the VA. Her and few other employees have paid for her to stay there multiple times because she was cut off from. She even set a meeting about the benefit in front of the customer.
3. Night guy husky was barking/crying a guest came down and had to tell him. He even told the customer he would rather be homeless the. To give up the dog he’s only had the dog for like 24 hours. He was mad that he could have the dog at the front desk.
4. Maintenance girl cursing excessively and wears inappropriate clothing

I stayed one night and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had my fund normally deposited at midnight for some reason I didn’t get it till the following night so when I checked out at noon I waited in the lobby all day till they kicked me out that night. So I was there 8 hours. when I checked out at noon you would think the front desk lady would of said something about drugs being found. Nobody ever said anything to me (there wasn’t any drugs) the manger called here few times about us like they had 3 dogs,I don’t want them sitting there, if they can’t pay they need to leave, but not once about drugs. When the night guy kicked us out we couldn’t carry are stuff so we put it next to the dumpster. A uhaul truck pulls right up to my belongings I ran back because there was one bag I had to have. I could risk losing it. We walked to the gas station down the block my fund were deposited went back to the hotel thinking we could rent a room the night guy had the phone off the hook it was impossible to talk to someone I Called the 500 number the lady said there no number to reach anyone. We waited 2 1/2 hours outside finally the night guy comes outside to walk his dog see us and trying to avoid us. After we walks his dog we went inside to try to catch him he proceeded to tell us he went upstairs he seen it the drugs under are bed. He could t even tell us what room we were in. We were on the FIRST floor. Then he changed his story that’s what I was told. We waited in the lobby over 8 hours if something like this actually occurred I would think it would of been handle once it was found. Also he took my stuff and locked it in the closet he didn’t say if I could get my things back.. I never got a report or any documentation about this he basically told us to leave we can’t stay here. But everything is on camera
Suggested solution:
I would love my belongings back and I would like to be refund for this embarrassment and very unprofessional.
