My complaint:
The newest general manager, Chris McLean, had our Chevy avalanche removed from the property. July 27th, he went thru our folio, and without authorization prior, he attempted to charge the enomous list of cards and was successful with some.he charged well over 800 dollars to my mother in law’s credit card. On August 29th, he had our other vehicle towed as well. He gave not reason as for doing this to us. He stated to the tow truck driver no reason,I can cause I am the gm. He also had his staff illegal enter our room, and change the locking door knob. We have been tramatized beyond words emotionally, mentally and would like to see him held for his actions
Suggested solution:
I would like to see all charges to all cards reversed, I would like him held accountable and responsible for our cars impound and tow fees for this illegal tow. I would also like to see charges brought against Mr. McLain for each and every illegal act we have endured at his direction or done by himself. I would also like a public apology to my wife and myself, right before he is terminated from his general manager position.
