My complaint:
On June 24th, my birthday. I called to book at Charlotte Contry Inn and Suites, 625-6272022. I was quoted a price of $180. The representative charged my card, $280.96. I immediately called back. After listening to the call, I was refunded. An hour later my bank stated a representative went back in and charged my card. I have been trying friviously to get my refund, to no avail. I was told 14 days, I waited. Now I am being told 8-10 from the 12th of July.
Suggested solution:
Immediately give me my refund. I did not approve anyone to take $280.96 off my card, let alone go back on my card.
