My complaint:
I upgraded last night, it said i had 14 days to change my mind, however i tried to cancel with 13 days to spare. and they wont refund as they are going off when i first got a website with them. They have taken £302 out of my bank which has wiped my bank account out. Today i have tried 4 times and spoken to online help 3 times but still not refund
Suggested solution:
I want my refund of £302 back into my bank as i need the money and cannot afford the upgrade.
