My complaint:
I had been contacted by one of WIX’s partners from India called WebOWise Technologies after I registered for Professional service for my website.
After some discussion and explained what I need they had admitted that they are very competent and able to meet my need. I had also designed my website earlier and share with them the contents that I want. Again, they had admitted that they can do. I made a payment and to cut it short they not able to complete their task. What they did just copied other site and presented to me. I asked for my refund but the said there is no refund policy. I understood for some cases but in my case, technically this company has not deliver their job at all. I am very disappointed to meet this kind of scammer in a such organisation like WIX.
