My complaint:
Approximate 2 weeks ago we stopped being able to logon to my wife’s site theladypetsketcher.com . We’ve tried to get help from Wix in which you can’t talk to a per nor even chat with someone that could help. Instead the keep telling us try this try that, go here go there all of which leads us to a dead end. We’ve had this site for years and all of a sudden anyone trying to find us leads them to a Registar.com site and coming soon. If not solved soon we will cancel all and start anew and will definitely not post a good review about Wix. Not our intention but when a site makes it so complicated to fix a problem then they really don’t want anymore business and don’t want to put out money for true support people.
Suggested solution:
Fix the URL so the site can be logged onto properly.
