My complaint:
The company sent me a bill for a premium plan when in practice it was the one that changed the terms and canceled my options when it held the customer’s payment for a month before it was returned. I was not aware of the magnitude of the audacity, since I had undergone an operation from which I had only just recovered. I think I deserve compensation or at least a refund for the overpayment. Because of the bad service this company provided me
