Wish complaint: Wrong tracking number

My complaint:

Ok. On april 29th I received a notification that a item I ordered was delivered to El Dorado Springs Mo 64744 (the city and state I reside in) however the package was not recieved. I got the tracking from Wish and tracked it to UPS. UPS website said it had been delivered to (same place as mentioned above) and a release was signed by driver to a boy. At this point I checked all around the house for package it was not here. I called UPS and spoke with an agent, he asked me for the tracking number my name and address (tracking 1Z454R0A0303433774 Jaime Ennis 1110 Clayzell El Dorado Springs mo. 64744) then he stated that the tracking number I provided was delivered to a completely diffrent name with a diffrent street address but with same city and state. Then he told me this package with this tracking was purchased from AMAZON not WISH! He advised me to contact WISH because they gave me the wrong tracking . So I got back to WISH’S website and investigated the name and address they have on file. It was my physical name and address with my card number and everything. I have made several failed attempts to contact WISH every way possible via email and virtual assistant (cannot seem to find a number to make personal contact anywhere) today I recieved a notification via email stating they investigated and that they can assure me the package was delivered to EL DORADO SPRINGS MO (and that’s all they state.) So I am just getting tired of getting the run around on this matter. And waa as forced to take this matter elsewhere. PLEASE HELP!!! ?

Suggested solution:

They could start by simply re-mailing this order the the correct name and address they have on file with the correct tracking . And maybe have actual people u can speak to when situations like this are at hand. Or a refund. Which ever they see fit.
P.S. I would provide screenshots of everything but it will not allow me to. I have screenshots of WISH'S Website with my name address tracking number and specified item. I have screenshots of emails between WISH and I, I have screenshots from UPS as well.

Same thing just happened to me… did you ever get refunded?
