My complaint:

I have now contacted Wish 7 times explaining that I placed an order on 25th November for some Billie Elish stickers for my daughter friend as a Christmas gift. The expected delivery date was 5th December until 18th December. I thought it was odd when I didn’t receive a ation email after my purchase but waited for the item to arrive. Nothing came by 5th December and still no email I tried logging into my account and was unable to do so.followed the link to forgotten my password and again no email received I have had several emails telling me to do this and I have, I also waited 24 hours and also added the Wish email address to my contacts and checked my spam account. I received 3 emails telling me to do this! I have still not received an email to reset my password despite several attempts. I am unable to log into my account and do not have an order number because you never emailed me to my order. However, you were able to take £5.69 from me for the stickers and as I have not received them in the estimated time frame and due to the terrible customer service received I am requesting a refund immediately. I will also be in forming my bank as so far any contact with Wish has been obstructive.
I placed an order you did not this but have taken my money yet not delivered the item. I want a refund please.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money as you have not delivered the item and your customer service has been awful! If face unhelpful, obstructive and repeatedly asking the same questions yet I am explaining why this is not possible. Eg

I can’t give you an order number if you didn’t send an email to my order! Please read emails before responding
