My complaint:

Please be advised thatbinhad been placing orders from around December 2019 for certain items and not a single order was received.
My current order shows arrived in estcourt south africa but I have not yet received any form of written notification to show where I should collect my parcels from or the parcels will be delivered to the address given.
I am very upset to note that payment went through by credit card correctly and then when I track and trace the item I don’t get the correct information in require. I am now quite dissatisfied by the manner in which you handle orders and some sort of feed back is required at the soonest to correct this mess. I am fast losing my faith in wish and I doubt I will be able to support the brand any more due to lack of communication from yoir side. If this is how you work then I have full rights to report this matter to the authorities as this is really unacceptable and unethical business practice. I have recently found a huge amount of items that I am keen to buy but I cannot due to poor servise.
Could someone please let me have more information on my complaint. I requested for refunds for most of my orders and none appear on my account statement. Can you please send me proof that credits have been passed so that I cn go back to re-reference your information with my statements.
I hope that your explanations will not be related to the current Covid 19 scenario and that due to this orders were delayed.
I hope to hear form you at the soonest to avoid a lack of interest in your business.
