My complaint:
I had three packages that were sent to the wrong address. I live in Clarksburg,wvu and they were sent to Mt. Clare, wvu. Since I don’t have a working vehicle I had to spend 6 hours on the phone trying to find out exactly where my packages were and how to get them to me. When I went to the wish app my address was correct. I don’t know what happened but this is unacceptable and I would like a full refund of my money for those three packages. I filed this complaint on complain.biz
Suggested solution:
Refund my money for missing packages and check to make sure address is correct next time they mail a package out
