My complaint:
Complaint 1: I ordered 2 air soft pistols from Wish on 12-6-2020, along with other items. On 12-12-2020 I was notified by Wish that both air soft pistols were out of stock and I would be issued a refund that would post to my account within 14 days, no later than 12-26-2020. Its currently 12-28-2020 and no refund have yet to post to my account. I have contacted Wish numerous times since 12-26-2020 and was told to contact my financial institution because a refund was issued. I have contacted my bank and no refund was sent from Wish nor is pending or is in progress.
Complaint 2: I ordered a tool set from Wish and received a message that my package was delivered. I never received the item and have contacted Wish many times a week now for almost a month. I was told the package was delivered and to speak with ups. I was never able to speak with a customer service agent directly via phone and when you do through the Wish app its seems your communicating with an automated system.
Suggested solution:
See to it that my funds for both air soft pistols are wired instantly to the same account it was taken from and to be issued a refund for the tool set i paid for but never received.
