My complaint:
On November 30, 2020, I ordered a womens long puffer coat with a fur hood in black. Today, December 29, 2020, I received a velour robe. The package had a 2 day priority mailing slip on it from Harvey, in Jamaica, NY. It had been pasted over the mailing slip from China. I want a full refund. I have been paying through Klarna. I have tried to contact both, but no response.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund immediately.
