My complaint:
I ordered 4 walkie talkie when it arrived the package was broken and some parts of one of the walkie talkie was missing I mentioned to wish I was told to send them picture of items that showed missing items and also a picture of the broken package also I filled a dispute with payment solutions on wish seeing that they advised that they if I can cancel the dispute they would resolved the issue now on cancelling the dispute with PayPal the story changed with wish asking for information that was already supplied and going back to what what agreed to be done by them
Suggested solution:
They should refund me for the 1 item that the parts is missing and the transportation cost paid for it
ordered steering wheel and footpedals, ordered a month ago,arrived Saturday, package had heavy damage, pedals stopped working today, spent an hour calling wish,no luck……
