Complaint: Wish sent the wrong item then refused to help!

My complaint:

I bought a vcds ( the more expensive of the 2 having a later car). I paid and waited and recieved a cheaper older item.. when i spoke to wish about this they asked for the packaging it came in.. i told them when i recieve a letter i dont exactly keep the envelope so after alot of messages back and forth they asked for more information so i forwarded pictures of the item i bought along with order numbers and pictures of what i received along with all required info.. they then agreed that the wrong item had been sent but were unwilling to help further…
