My complaint:
The items n bought were set to arrive in June, but because of the lockdown it was delayed. The app kept saying to wait. I received 3 items today (19 October 2020) and all had only arrived in September. When I went to query the rest (about 68 dollar’s worth which is extremely expensive in South Africa) they said that the quary data closed in July. This is not fair, as our post offices were closed until about August because of Covid, so I couldn’t find out whether it had arrived or not before the end of the refund date
Suggested solution:
Refund me completely for all the items I bought which didn't arrive.
