My complaint:

I’ve ordered my items in May and was suppose to receive my things in July , and I received that due to COVID 19 my stuff will be delivered on 1st October but I haven’t received them yet till now. And I even tried emailing and responses are only apologizing no and was told to send order number . I sent it and the response was that I didn’t provide enough information
