My complaint:

I purchased 3 dresses last month and they were not a good fit so after endless emails to try and get a return approved I finally got sent the return labels
I then at my own cost used a tracked courier to send them back.
They received my goods back on the 1st august yet they are saying it hasn’t been received yet, I have tracking info to say they have been scanned and delived to the return cnetre
I’ve emailed them every single day requesting they send me my money back, ive been fobbed off with different subjects like they do not understand me, ignored, told to send so much info which I have numerous times, told to contact them through the app not via email which I have and yet still nothing now 16 days on
