Wish complaint: Where is my stuff?

My complaint:

I made an order on April 9th, it is now June 6th and the ‘estimated delivery window’ has been changed 5 times. I was initially supposed to receive my package on May 2nd. Every time i reach out to customer support it’s a robot so i started emailing and they keep saying the same things, that my package is still within the estimated delivery window and that, if i don’t receive it by that date to contact them for a refund.
I have contacted them for a refund now 4 times but they refuse to acknowledge the fact that the delivery date keeps getting changed. Also, not to mention there hasn’t been any updates in over a month and my package is sitting over seas.
I think i was ripped off honestly because, they keep saying to contact for a refund if i don’t receive the product by said date, however, they keep changing said date, therefore making it impossible for me to get my money back.

Suggested solution:

they could resolve it by not being a bunch of scammers and give me my damn money back
