My complaint:
I order over $350 worth of items. I have not received my orders and its been over 2 months. According to tracking they are just sitting there overseas. There is no live person to get ahold of and speak to. I only received 2 items and 1 was a piece of junk.

Suggested solution:
I want my orders sent to me immediately. I ordered these in advance because I was leaving on a trip and I don't have my gifts to take.Find out where are my items and what is going on.
