My complaint:
I ordered several times that were supposed to arrive by May 22nd (ordered April 14th). Not a single one of 10 orders have arrived. The dates moved out another month to June 21st. High shipping costs and nothing arriving.
Suggested solution:
Do not false advertise shipping estimates. Allow refund button when orders don’t arrive. Quit moving the dates.
