My complaint:
Needed to fix order error, but nobody to be found in emails or phone number listed online. Just canned answers that get you nowhere. No warning on order description that the XXL is Chinese XXL meaning way to small for Westerners! Everything so puny in China apparently, but they big at taking your money and leaving you high and dry if your a problem happens or dissatisfied.
Suggested solution:
Have a Help representative via email or phone to help order issueserrors.
