My complaint:
I placed an order of 2 Nordic Pendant lights, size 6 lights, on18112020 from Wish.com spending £79.40 including the shipping cost, with the order number :5fb50e204d28457f055c018a. The estimated delivery date of the items were 28th November to 12th December 2020. I was given the tracking number WI001535645795FPL. After a few days of the order the tracking showed the shipping of the items was failed and so the order was cancelled. When I enquired about the items through the wish customer automated service, it asked me to wait 5 more days after the end of the estimated delivery date of the items. Now it is 15 days after that date. I am so desperate by this as this items didn’t reach me before this Christmas and New year.
Suggested solution:
I want the wish.com to refund me the full amount of money I spent for these items as early as possible to the account from which I paid the amount.
