My complaint:
I ordered 1 foldable bicycle (26in Folding Mountain Bike Shimanos 21 Speed Bicycle Full Suspension MTB Bikes 1, Qty 1) from wish but recieved 1 bike brake cable.
This results to advertising misleading information and falsely advertising a product to dupe customers.
The discription advertised on Wish website states
product description:
Product size: 26 inches
Product folding size: 94x88x38cm37x34x15in
Product packaging size: 134x72x19cm52x28x7.5in
Gross weight: 20kg
Products include:
1x bicycle
But I got a brake cable.
Suggested solution:
I want to be compensated for the distress and disappointment as I ordered this for my son as a Christmas present but I looked like a fool when the product arrived.
I would also like to be provided with the product I paid for no matter what the price was at the time of being advertised. Under consumer act, a product can't be sold for more than the advertised price
