My complaint:
On March 11, 2021, I purchase boat dock ropes for $22. However, through my Paypal account, Wish took $96 with no explanation as to why, nor did I receive a ation of my rope purchase. Paypal states it can do nothing because Wish states it’s a pre-authorized plan. I never set up a Plan. Wish has ignored my inquiries. Transaction No. 75X73745GD7289928
Suggested solution:
Refund the $96. Since I never received the boat dock ropes, I should not pay for it.
