My complaint:
Between May 2020 and Dec 2020 I have ordered about 10 different orders and HAVE NOT received 8 of them. I have sent emails that say they will cobtact me within 2-3 working days but that was 14 days ago. There is NO OTHER way to contact them-they do not respond to other complaints that I have made when I have queried my orders
Suggested solution:
EITHER send them to me or refund me
