My complaint:
I’ve been told since the 25th of September I will be getting a refund for a top I ordered which was badly incorrect!
I have messaged numerous times but keep on getting told I’ve been refunded and to contact my bank, there’s no help from them at all, all I want is my refund and I’ll be happy.
