My complaint:
I purchased 2 airpods (i12) more than a year ago on november 6th, 2019, It´s December 2020 and I never received my package, it’s really frustrating to know that a company steals my money from me that way. I’ve been contacting their support team but they´re not offering me a reasonable solution.
Suggested solution:
Provide me a refund or at least swap my order for something else that costs the same
