My complaint:

I accidentally ordered something from wish on the 2nd of November, so as soon as I realized that I ordered it, I cancelled it and asked for a refund, they told me to wait for 14 days, 14 days later I went back to the app and they told me to wait for 2 days more, 2 days later I went back to the app and they told me to wait another 14days……. Till now I still haven’t received my refund and I really need my money back please and I got this site from complain. Biz

Well I think that wish should provide me the contacts of anyone in charge of the financial transactions so that we can talk and I'll know how he can deliver my money to me in cash, I can send them my location , or they should send the money directly to my account, since they already have my account details there with them
