My complaint:

I ordered 4 hair pieces which were not as described. I had to pay the cost of the items and a substantial amount in post fees. I wish to return the hair pieces at no cost to me and receive a full refund for the items and post paid.

I have spoken with a few agents via the site but they have not resolved my issue and now are not responding at all.

Suggested solution:

As stated, I seek a full refund of all monies paid in a association of all the hair pieces. I also need to return them at no cost to me.
