My complaint:
I bought a pair of brown Marshall ‘Major II’ headphones from the merchant sdfghj (Order : 5f85e4e2a3f94f80021c39f2) on 13102020 via PayPal; these were sold as ‘Bluetooth’ enabled, however when they arrived 22102020 they do not have this capability, this of course is contrary to the ‘Trades Descriptions Act’ 1968.
I have tried to make a complaint direst to ‘Wish’ but the link won’t open!
Suggested solution:
Arrange for replacement with ‘Bluetooth’ enabled brown Marshall ‘Major II’ headphones as originally ordered
