My complaint:
I have tried to return an item. I’ve asked for a return label and the response and that they will provide better service with my next order. They can’t fulfil one order correctly, why should I order again? I’ve been put on a loophole of automated response and questions. All I want is a refund and return the item which doesn’t not meet my expectations. I don’t have problems returning an item on other websites. I’m beginning to doubt Wish’s integrity and doubt they have customer care at the their hearts.
Suggested solution:
Make return and refund easy. At the moment it’s seem impossible. They should provide return labels and it should be free of charge. I will not order from Wish ever in my life and will not be spreading good words about the experience.
