My complaint:
I ordered a large lego bugatti kit, and I only got half of it, now I cannot even finish it, and getting no answers as to the fact that I only was sent 1 package and there was supposed to be 2. It’s been a month already. missing a ton of parts, so I cannot complete it!! Even the wheels are missing !!!
Suggested solution:
Either finish my order , which I'm willing to wait for , or refund my money
