I bought several item for my new puppy back around May 23rd and I still not have received items. Now it shows a delivery date of August 20-26 by the time I get items my puppy will not be able to wear. I have requested a refund 2 different times and it keeps saying should be delivered by August the 20 something. I no longer want items and I want my 33.00 back. Tried calling their 800 number and it goes to a recording saying something like there’s no one there to answer your call. This was my first and will be my last order with them.
Refund my money because will not be able to use items once I get them.
