My complaint:
Hi, I ordered a few items almost a month ago, the delivery was wrotten 3 to 5 days. The items ordered were for the summer and for traveling. A few days after I ordered and paid I received e-mails saying that I will receive my order on sept.25th…summer will be over and my traveling is in mid-august. Therefore I do not need those items anymore. I want a refund but it seems I can not reach anyone to do so and per their answers on the site they do not refund afer 8 hours. I haven’t received the update on the date of the delivery before a few days, wich doesn’t make any sense.
Suggested solution:
BY putting the exact date of delivery before the order is complete and paid for.
Give us the opportunity to cancel if the delay is too long
Beeing able to contact someone at wish easily
