My complaint:

I ordered a trimmer on 23rd June and it was showing up for a delivery within 7-10 days and is not yet delivered as on today 31 July. More than a month has passed away and they are not refunding as they said it is out for delivery. Due to lockdown I bought it from an open market now and I don’t want it anymore. Pls process refund
