My complaint:

I ordered multiple items on May 4th with a delivery date of June 26th, that then changed to July 8th then again to July 25th! Here we are on July 31st and no sign of anything being delivered. I enquire on their website using the wish assistant only to have the message your issue is resolved we have refunded this item??? I don’t want a refund I want the goods, I don’t see how they can refund one item of a combined shipping order anyway! I am thinking that no items were sent and there was never any intent to send any items period!

Suggested solution:

They should either ensure that all items are delivered within the next 72 hours maximum or refund 10 times the original cost or paid amount as my money has been sat in their account since May 5th under apparent fraudulent circumstances!
