My complaint:

I purchased the product through with roughly 3 months ago I understand that it takes a few weeks to arrive but I have been told that it was going to arrive three different dates and I have tried to contact wish on several times in relation to a refund with no attempt to resolve the issue

Suggested solution:

all I ask is wish refund my amount in full straight back into my account please
