My complaint:
I placed an order in June and the delivery date keeps getting further and further away. As of today my order is due to arrive in late September – absolutely ridiculous. Like other people, my order is for summer clothes that I need now, not in two months’ time. I want my money back!!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money immediately.
