My complaint:
I placed an order with wish on May 5, 2020. On July 6, 2020 I was given a PARTIAL refund, they refunded the shipping charges. I tried to contact them again today, July 28, 2020 about the same order only for the wish assistant to tell me that a refund had already been given on a specific item. Again, the only refund received was on the shipping cost. The tracking information days it was returned to the merchant on May 28, 2020.
Suggested solution:
Actually give me a full refund.
THEY SEEM TO BE THE WORST AS FAR AS DELIVERIES GO. I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THAT SITE AGAIN.
I had placed a couple of different orders from around the first of March until the end of June, some items have arrived, most have not. That is in reference to ALL 3 or 4 orders placed in that time frame. The last order I placed in June, I made sure the items I was ordering were shipped from the U.S.A. I completely understand that we are slap in the middle of a global pandemic and anticipated longer shipping times, I would’ve/could’ve been completely accepting of a delivery that took 6-10 weeks to arrive coming from another country.
