My complaint:

Ordering from Wish has been a most frustrating experience. I ordered a tripod on 11th July (it is 28th July today) and was told that the order would take 5 days to process before shipping so I waited. After 7 days I tried contacting support. They said they couldn’t fulfill the order and were trying to get it elsewhere. I waited a few more days and contacted support again and was told that I shoud cancel the order using their severely limited Wish assistant bot. It did not provide me with the option to cancel so I contacted support again telling them that I couldn’t cancel the order through the bot and waited a couple of days again. Unbelievably they responded with the exact same suggestion as before. Wish now has my money and I don’t have a tripod and I am in an endless loop with their automated support. Firstly they should not have taken my money for stock they do not have and secondly they should respond to my actual query and give my money back.

I agree 100%! I will not recommend Wish.com even to my worse enemy! They’re good in collecting the money yet fails to deliver the merchandise and will punish the customer by not giving refunds due to the fault of their contractors failure to deliver the goods!
