My complaint:
Tell me why all my estimated delivery dates get pushed back every month any time the Date comes around for it to be delivered ! And why the Duck is the tracking info not updated. YOU STOLE MY MONEY ITS BEEN 2 ducking months.
Suggested solution:
I should still get my items and a fucking refund for the unnecessary long process.
