My complaint:
My one and only order through wish was for 2 portable air conditioners. According to Australia Post they have been lost in transit and they informed me to have Australia Post contacted by the seller for more information. I have contacted Wish numerous times to have this done but have not had any response whatsoever from them.
Suggested solution:
Call Australia Post and provide information required to find items, or give me a complete refund.
I’ve just been conned by them, lots of promises and lots of fobbing off and lying as well. I wouldn’t trust this Company with my dog, they might advertise it and sell it and then send them a stuffed dog and tell you to return it before they will refund you.
