My complaint:
I ordered a classic NES 821 games 3 months ago. I arrived Jul 21 st in terrible condition box was smashed and the system didn’t work. I filed a complaint to get a refund on jul 22 and sent pictures of the box and the screen on my tv when the system was hooked up. I got an email about two weeks later stating that a refund can be issued in 30 days but I was over my deadline and didn’t respond in time. Frean Hade was the wish support person. This is completely rediculous and cannot continue.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money or give me an item that actually works
