My complaint:
i sent a notice i did not receive my merchandise. I ordered things in April and May. Because of your system that jumps around I can only track the masks and gloves i ordered. Please send an itemized list. Because i told you i did not receive them. Yesterday, i got a single mask with an apology note in it. Today, i received two pair of black gloves! Is this some kind of joke?

I would like a total refund if you cannot supply the merchandise and get them off your list of suppliers.
