My complaint:
I ordered something back in June and they updated it in July that I wouldn’t get my item until October and I would like to cancel this order and get a refund. I have tried and tried to get in contact with someone and I really hope this works. I’m not waiting till October to get what I ordered and now I want my money back.
Suggested solution:
cancel my order and give me a refund
