My complaint:
I have an online bank called chimes I purchased several orders to wish they took the over 400.00 dollors from my chimes debit Visa card on 51820 today they refunded all my orders and no money
Had been deposited into my chimes bank why did wish refund all my orders when I didn’t ask them to do so on 52020
Suggested solution:
Wish should process my orders and give me all that I paid for on my chimes debit card
This had upset me to no end i have money
I paid for the items so why did wish refund
Me without any money going back into my chimes account
