My complaint:
All I want to know is where my order is at. It was supposed to be delivered May 18th after being ordered April 20th. Delivery date has changed 3 times and since then I have tried tracking my stuff and it is still somewhere at customs? I just want my damn money back already. The least you can do is keep in contact with your customers but you seriously can’t even do that? Horrible horrible customer service. I font mind waiting 2-3 weeks for an item. That honestly doesn’t bother me…it’s the lack of communication and when customers try and reach out we get NONE but an automated system. It’s ridiculous. I’ve ordered from the app multiple times and have been a customer for years. I never thought I would have to go to this extreme just to get my situation heard and to get my money back!

Refund my money.
