My complaint:
I ordered a chair I got a mouse and refund.
I comlianed they said sorry about the mouse.
I said the description is what I look st. There was no or in description. I had been notified of other orders not being filled. But this one said shipped and received.
Suggested solution:
1. Don’t mislead your products are great
2. Ship the chair you have listed today for $15 to my sons house.
3. Refund all the products I have yet to receive
