My complaint:

Since 2019 I have been trying to resolve and psy a very small amount Due on my account for $1.50 cents. During that time I was moving from Miami to Lake City in Florida. I have always spent and spent on various merchandise with Wish. I had to change my bank card so input it in correctly and I still could not get rid of the $1.50 owed. I followed the directions to the tee and it just wouldn’t work. I have numerous items in my cart and want to pay for them but how can I pay when your part will not work. This has been very frustrating for me. Please Help!

They need to fix the part that states by tapping on slide to pay you will be all set and can continue to shop. I have tried and tried again till my fingers turn blue. Is there a live person in billing who I can speak with to finally help me fix this issue. I love your company. When I lost my wonderful husband just a few weeks shy of our 50th wedding Anniversary. I would stay up hours on end and buy and buy. You must have a live person who can assist me. Please!!!!!
